New! 2021 Novato Fall Ball

Novato Lacrosse Club is excited to announce our 2021 Fall Ball season! This five (5) week program is designed for players of all skill levels who are looking to improve their game. Our staff will feature expert lacrosse instructors who will teach the proper tools to succeed on the field while also supporting overall athletic development in a fun, fast-paced environment. Our players will be organized by experience/skill level with the goal of advancing each individual over the course of these sessions in order to challenge their development. How it works: Five (5) sessions - 75 minutes each

Players register for the 5 week session taught by professional instructors
Weeks 1-3 focus on the fundamentals
Weeks 4-5 will have an emphasis on game flow and strategic concepts in both the offense and defense ends

Who: Boys & Girls Grades 1st-8th

Beginners - Those who have never played before and want to learn how to throw, catch and handle a lacrosse stick
Intermediate - Those who have played for a few seasons and are looking to refine their stick skills and do so in game-like situations
Advanced - Those who have played for a number of years and are looking to take their game to the next level. These sessions will push you to improve your weaknesses and decision making when the ball is in your stick
