The Novato Lacrosse Club (“NLC”) is a non-profit group of parents and participants organized to provide coaching, facilities, scheduling and playing opportunity for the youth of the North Bay Area of California to participate in the sport of lacrosse.
The NLC provides opportunities for boys and girls ages 7-14 to play lacrosse. NLC strongly believes in the basic tenant that winning is a goal in youth sports but that there is a second, more important, goal of using sports to teach life lessons through positive coaching.

Annual Awards Night
NLC holds an Awards Night towards the end of May coinciding with the end of the lacrosse season. At this event we introduce all players and coaches and announce awards to five players per team who have excelled in the category of award. The categories include:
- Most Valuable Player,
- Best Defensive Player,
- Best Offensive Player,
- Most Inspirational Player, and
- Most Improved Player.
All Bantam players receive a medal.
Awards Night is NLC’s final gathering of the year and a time to celebrate the Club’s successes and new friendships. At the event we also encourage parents to complete a Coach and Club evaluation form as we strive to make improvements in how we serve the youth in Novato.
Information on summer camps will also be available for those who would like to continue to improve their stick skills.
